当日のキャンセルについては、以下のキャンセル料を頂戴いたします。
【当日】 ：宿泊料金の１００％
チェックインについて
チェックインタイム ：１５:００（午後3時）
チェックアウトタイム ：１１:００（午前11時）
■チェックインの時間を過ぎられる場合は、必ずホテル・フロントまでご連絡下さい。
■到着時間が過ぎ、ご連絡がない場合、自動キャンセルとなることがございます。

◆ Cancellation
If you cancel the booking on the day of the stay,
we will charge you the following cancellation fee.
【on the day of the stay】100% of the room rate.
◆ Check-in
Check-in time: 15:00 (3pm)
Check-out time: 11:00 (11am)
→If you arrive after the arriving time you set,
please call us (front desk).
→Please note that your booking may be cancelled automatically
if you didn’t visit or call us after your arriving time.
◆ Guests
Only the customers staying with us can enter rooms.
If you want to see others, make sure you see them in the lobby.
If other people enter the rooms, we will charge you some fee.
Please ask us about the fee.
